Embracing Digital Disruption to Create an Experiential Learning Ecosystem

Traditionally, learning content was captured and deployed as assets packaged by eLearn modules containing sub-sections that learners click through and don’t have a high likelihood of returning to for review. In the face of digital transformation and an increased speed of work, L&D now has the opportunity, (and learner expectation) to deliver evergreen pieces of content focused on desired outcomes. In this new environment where there is no new normal, assets can be recalled and reused by learners, trainers, managers and/or coaches of learners – where and when they are needed.

In this session, we dare to imagine the possibilities and challenge conventional thinking around what kinds of skills or content can be delivered virtually. Through mixed reality and the best practice of delivering sustainable, reusable content assets, Doug Stephen, president Enterprise Learning and Regina Nowlan, Senior Learning Strategist as CGS discuss how to embrace disruption to build more resilient, enriching and effective learning with new tools and strategic best practices.
